All payments made for subscriptions or purchases on the Platform are non-refundable and non-cancellable after the subscription is activated.
No refunds or cancellations will be permitted post-subscription, except in the following circumstances:

2. Refund Process

3. Subscription Cancellation

Cancelling Your subscription will prevent future renewals. However, the current subscription term will remain active until its expiry; no partial or pro-rata refunds will be issued.
